ROLE:
This position should have an expertise or comprehensive knowledge of particular standard and quality manuals, and he/she is responsible for handling moderately large or complex project assignments. This position is expected to provide technical support to enhance client service, and on the meanwhile should help supervise work and provide training to less experienced engineers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up relatively big projects of key clients and ensure service delivered in a consistent and professional way.
- Monitor and oversee project progress, coordinate with various related parties to ensure effective project follow-up and its completion within project lead time.
- Review test reports prepared by other engineers, help improve their work performance and technical knowledge, and provide technical training assistance if necessary.
- Join Sales & Marketing Dept. for client visits and seminars if necessary.
- Keep good relationships with both clients and subcontractors for maintaining long term business partnership as well as help explore potential business opportunities.
- Assist team leaders in planning and developing technical expertise.
- Report and review projects by other engineers.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Medical Devices or other relevant disciplines.
- Min 3 years of related working experience in Electrical/Electronics products forcused in/or Household Appliances, HVAC, Industrial Machinery, Components, Multimedia, AV, Power Tools, PV, Medical Devices, Wind Power.
